Making a Splash with Kids and Families

Summer may be over, but we're still in the water!

On Saturday, September 18, Emerald Youth aquatics staff hosted an open house at our pool located inside the E.V. Davidson Community Center, 3124 Wilson Avenue, in East Knoxville.

Children and families enjoyed time in the water, and free lunch was provided by Heaven Sent Soul Food and Vera Mae’s Sno Cones.

Through a long-standing partnership with the City of Knoxville, and generous funding from Faith Promise Church and Knox County Government toward pool renovations, the facility is open year-round.

Swim lessons — group or private — are available, and the pool is open to the community on the weekends, Saturdays 10 am - 6 pm and Sundays 1 - 6 pm. Additional details are available here.
