Always one with a heart for missions and youth, Tracy Smith Hill is thrilled to serve with Emerald Youth Foundation and help reach Knoxville's young people with the message of Christ.

A Knoxville native, Tracy has three incredible boys and thankful to be able to "lift up my eyes to the mountains" each day and remember "my help comes from the Lord." She holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Tennessee Technological University and worked in manufacturing and higher education, most recently at Pellissippi State Community College.

Tracy uses her technology skills and passion for data to help Emerald Youth communicate the big things God is about.

She worships at Christ Chapel and serves on the board for the Nativity Pageant of Knoxville. Away from Emerald Youth, you might find Tracy hiking, enjoying flowers, and going places she's never been, eating things she's never eaten, and meeting people she's never met!
