A native of Knoxville, Sarah Kerr grew up in a family of five. Sarah was raised in a strong believing home, where she was shaped by prayer, laughter and kindness.
In high school, Sarah was often working at the local Smoothie King and babysitting for friends and family. Sarah found a love for YoungLife while in high school, in which she is still active today.
Sarah graduated from Christian Academy of Knoxville and attended the University of Tennessee, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. Sarah is most excited to be a part of the Emerald Youth team because she loves to serve urban youth.
Away from work, Sarah can be found outside taking a walk, relaxing by the lake, drawing, or lounging in the shade with a good book. On a Sunday, you can find Sarah at Fellowship Church.
She finds great joy from her nieces and nephews, golden retrievers, and being around the people she loves the most, her family.
