Endia moved to Knoxville in 2004 to attend the University of Tennessee and Johnson University obtaining both a bachelor’s in psychology and a master’s in ethics and leadership. When she encountered Emerald Youth and learned about our work, she was sure it was the perfect fit for her. She finds Emerald’s focus on doing the work of the Kingdom of God refreshing and looks to Proverbs 3:1-8 to remind her to rely on God’s strength and His ways as she trusts Him daily.
Endia and her husband, Martin, have one son. When not working, she attends Overcoming Believers Church and enjoys her free time pursuing some of her favorite activities such as watching sports, cooking, reading, crafting, listening to music and gardening – she really likes being a “plant mom.” Endia loves bringing smiles and joy to the people around her and will use her stockpile of jokes and good quotes to do so.
