Christina was born in Germany and grew up in Virginia. She met her husband at Emory and Henry College, and they moved to Knoxville in 2018. They immediately fell in love with the city.

She attends Church Street United Methodist Church where her husband pastors. She enjoys serving on the missions committee at the church as well as in the children’s ministry with her kids Athan and Kate.

Christina enjoys spending her free time outside with her family. She loves yoga, hiking, spending time at the lake, going to the beach and making arts and crafts. Christina also enjoys sharing her knowledge about the Enneagram as a spiritual and personal growth tool.

She served for almost eight years as a public-school teacher and loves serving and educating the youth. Christina is passionate about ministry, and excited to use her gifts and knowledge from the education field at Emerald Youth.
